About the event

WELCOME TO THE SISTERHOOD SINGING CIRCLE

MY WHY

Hello, I’m Kayla—a creative facilitator, singer/songwriter, performer, space holder, and shamanic truth-sayer. Every time I sing chant songs as part of my personal rituals, my heart feels full, but I yearn for something more... Community.

These songs speak to the truth of the heart, to the soul connection of the land—something ancient, like tribes gathering around a fire, celebrating the bounty of the Earth.

Singing for sorrow

Singing for joy

Singing for celebration

Singing for truth

Singing for justice

Singing for life

This circle is about the ritual and practice of singing in community—of expressing truths that are bursting to be heard. When we hear words that speak to our hearts, we are seen, heard, and validated, feeling less alone.

Singing together in community creates connection, belonging, and healing—for us and for the land.

JOIN THE CIRCLE

Our voices are stronger when we gather as a community. This singing circle is for all who identify as women. We will circle around the Fire, igniting our hearts and sharing our voices with a selection of earth-based ritual songs.

You are welcome to contribute in a way that feels aligned for you.

I am deeply excited to welcome you to this circle!

Every time I ask Spirit and Mother Earth which song to sing to celebrate each element, I am gifted with something beautiful. This one celebrates and honours Mother Earth—we feel her beneath our feet, her heartbeat as our own, and the beat of the drum that unites us.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

This is your space to be held, heard, and uplifted by songs of the Earth, the seasons, and the elements. Together, we will remember that we are never separate from nature—we are nature.

We will gather at the beautiful Stapleton Farm, in the most magnificent round house.

Come circle together as we:

Release what no longer serves us

Connect our hearts and voices in song 💕

ABOUT YOUR HOST:

KAYLA WOO

Sacred Space Holder, Dream Doula, Nature Connection Gui

Hi ya. I'm Kayla and I am a doula, sacred space holder, mumma, nature connection Guide and embodied movement specialist. I love sharing, exploring and having discussions about what it means to live a life that is wild and authentic at the heart of what we do. In rhythm with the seasonal cycles. Being real and embracing ourselves as expressive women and finding places to create sisterhood connections.  I offer circles, ceremonies, & retreats working with the flow of the seasons and Celtic Wheel of the year.

With over 20 years experience working with different groups helping them to express their creativity through movement and the arts.

By embracing nature, you can open up to the power of transformation and allow small positive changes in your life. By working with the shifting seasons you can unlock and work with this change and flowing energy. Nature teaches us to work intuitively with the land and listen to our own inner voice so we can dance to our own unique drum beat of life.

TESTIMONALS

"The Wild Woman circle I went to was a deeply nourishing experience. I felt a little hesitant to go having not circling for a long time and have found in the past, circling to be an intense experience. Kayla holds the space with lightness, fun and presence inviting the women present to arrive and be in the space in an open, gentle and connected way. I found it to be such a nourishing comfortable space to be in. I loved how she shared her knowledge of the seasons and Celtic cycles and how we can use this to connect with what we are experiencing. She offered some mindful activities for us to play with, that invited a deep connection within and were beautiful to share and participate in, bringing us all wonderful and authentic insights. I would highly recommend her women’s circle and look forward to joining her again".

"I was worried at the start as new for me but as soon as I met the other women I felt relaxed and safe. I loved the singing and felt it really connected to a part of me. I enjoyed being able to speak freely in a beautiful environment."
